Patio Rules
Our patios (like all our spaces), are here for your exploration and enjoyment, but we have just a few simply rules to help ensure the safety and satisfaction of all of our guests!
1. No running. (Except in Stowaway Bay!)
2. No climbing. (Except in Stowaway Bay!)
3. No playing in any water features.
4. No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the No Embargo patio area, no exceptions.
Parents must supervise their children, and be aware of their location at all times.
Please be aware that our water features and signage are not play areas, and as such for their safety and well being we strongly advise parents to keep children out of reach of these features.
Stowaway Bay
Stowaway Bay is our family patio and play area, providing a place for families with young kids to escape the everyday! Stowaway Bay is open whenever Lost Colony is open!
1. Kids play at their own risk, and must be supervised at all times.
2. Throwing or removal of objects is strictly prohibited.
3. No climbing is allowed on outer wall or fences.
4. No children are allowed in Stowaway Bay without direct parental supervision by adults also located in the same area.
We aim for everyone to have a fun and as carefree a time as possible, but we also strongly advise parents to closely monitor their little ones.
Lost Colony cannot be held liable for any injuries, as kids will be kids and spills do occur!
No Embargo
No Embargo is our adults-only patio section, reserved exclusively for guests 21 and up.
No one under 21 is permitted in No Embargo, including those with a parent or legal guardian.
The rest of the patio, the "Back Porch", is open to anyone and everyone!
Live Music @ No Embargo
No Embargo features live music every weekend (weather permitting!), typically from 6-9pm.
Reservations are not accepted, and No Embargo patio spaces are available first-come, first-serve.
Pets
Though we love all poofers and pups, four leggers and fur-balls, for the comfort, health, and safety of your fellow guests, we ask that you please leave your pets at home.
We of course welcome ADA-certified Service Animals and their handlers! These requirements are exclusively defined by ADA Title II and Title V.
Emotional support animals do not qualify under ADA regulations, and as such for the safety of all our guests are not allowed.

Reservations
Reservations are accepted but not required for parties of less than 10.

Walk-in parties are seated as they arrive, and our staff does everything possible to seat every party as quickly as possible.
During peak hours on busy nights, a short wait can be expected. We ask that you please plan accordingly, and we thank you for your understanding and look forward to serving you soon!

Gift Cards
Yes, we sell gift cards! But, at this time, they're only available in-person. Please speak with a host in the restaurant, and we will be more than happy to help.
